Flat Tire

As I was driving to work today, my left front tire blew out. No problem, right? I pulled off to a side street, pulled out the four-way and my floor jack and went to work. Got the van up in the air and the tire off. Everything was going smooth as I started to put the full-size spare tire on and then the van lurched and the jack went up on two wheels.

With the van now sitting on the tire (which was not yet on the wheel) and the jack looking like it could slip the remainder of the way at any moment I called Kevin to see if he could bring his jack. He came, and we were able to save the situation and get the spare on so I could get to work.

Kevin's awesome. He's definitely one of my more reliable friends and I appreciate that a lot. Its not often that you find stand up friends like that.
